How much can I earn?

Ambassadors typically earn 10–20% on sales generated through their unique code. There is no cap.

Do I need a large following to apply?

No. We value engaged communities over raw follower counts. A chapter officer with 300 engaged followers can be more valuable than someone with 10,000 who lacks a real Greek life connection.

When will I receive my ambassador gear?

Once accepted, ambassadors receive a welcome package within 2–3 weeks. Ongoing gear is distributed seasonally based on performance tier.

How long does the review take?

Most applicants hear back within 3–5 business days. Follow up at info@pledgewear.co if you have not heard back within 2 weeks.

Can I apply as an alumnus?

Absolutely. Alumni ambassadors are especially valuable for professional networks and graduate chapter communities.

Is there a contract or commitment required?

No long-term contract. We just ask for authentic, regular content. We want this to feel like a natural extension of how you already show up.
