RETURNS & REFUNDS

We stand behind every piece we sell. Here is our policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Our Policy

Pledgewear does not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. We encourage you to review the size guide carefully before ordering.

We do accept returns and issue refunds in specific circumstances — defective items, wrong items shipped, or orders that arrive damaged.

What Is Not Eligible

  • Incorrect size ordered — please use our size guide before purchasing
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event
  • Custom or chapter orders — all custom orders are final sale
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has shipped

Defective Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect — a print flaw, stitching failure, or material defect — we will make it right.

What qualifies as a defect

  • Print that is significantly misaligned, cracked on arrival, or missing
  • Seams that are broken or unraveling on receipt
  • Fabric with holes, tears, or discoloration not consistent with the product description

Normal product characteristics

Acid wash and vintage wash garments are intentionally uneven and distressed. Variation in wash tone and color saturation between pieces is expected and is not considered a defect.

Reporting a defect

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review and respond within 2 business days.

Wrong Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered — wrong size, wrong color, or wrong product — we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo
  • We will ship the correct item once the issue is confirmed
  • You will not be asked to return the incorrect item in most cases

Exchanges

We do not offer size or color exchanges. Because our products are made to order and inventory is limited, we cannot guarantee availability of alternate sizes or colors at the time of a request.

If you are unsure about sizing, email us before ordering — we are happy to help you find the right fit.

Custom & Chapter Orders

All custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds once production has begun.

If a custom order arrives with a production defect on our end, we will reprint and reship at no charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

How to Request a Refund

  • Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos
  • We will respond within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
