Every order is handled with care. Here is everything you need to know about how we get your gear to you.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During high-volume periods — new drops, Founders Day, or holidays — processing may take up to 7 business days. We will communicate any delays by email.
Custom & Chapter Orders
Custom orders operate on a separate timeline. Production time for custom chapter orders is typically 2–4 weeks depending on order size and complexity. Your timeline will be confirmed when your order is accepted.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states and US territories.

International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. Orders may be subject to customs duties and fees imposed by the destination country — these are the recipient's responsibility.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your package is scanned.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Email info@pledgewear.co with your order number and a description of the issue
- Include photos of any damaged items or packaging
- We will work with you — replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation
Pledgewear is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
